About Us

Paul Hannam is the executive chef and owner of Caribbean Cove. He has been diligently perfecting his craft since 1978. Creating world class meals for guests of the US Embassy in Jamaica and three US presidents while also developing his business into what we know today as Caribbean Cove. He trained with world renowned chefs at Stratford University and maximized his skills as a chef and a business owner. His passion for cooking come alive through the meals he creates and his innovative recipes. His love of his island and his love of the craft have truly made Caribbean Cove the best place you could go to find a Taste of Jamaica.
